She welcome patients with friendly smiles, making them feel really relaxed and prepared for phlebotomy. She observe accuracy, professional standards and guidelines during procedures. She showed a remarkable level of responsibility and dependability, especially in challenging situations. A patient came and couldn't speak English, she used available means and communicated appropriately with him. She's a dependable person whom one can count on to complete high quality work promptly. She consistently demonstrates strong leadership skills by effectively guiding me to achieve excellent blood taking. I really learnt, practiced calmly and have gotten better.
