NHS Phlebotomy Practical Course – Live Bloods Clinic Sessions (Stage 2)
During our Phlebotomy training (Stage 2), you will practice live blood-taking on real patients in an NHS facility. Our expert trainers will supervise this training. Here, you will apply your previous Phlebotomy theoretical knowledge and dry lab experience, carrying out all tasks required of a practicing phlebotomist. This practical experience prepares you for confident and competent work in the field.
The number of Phlebotomy sessions depends on need, and we arrange dates upon your completion of the Phlebotomy Training Course for Experienced Professionals (Stage 1). Upon meeting the necessary criteria, you’ll receive an NHS Certificate of Competency in Phlebotomy. This certificate is jointly awarded with the NHS Clinic where your sessions are held, marking the conclusion of your training and equipping you to commence work as a qualified Phlebotomist. It also signifies the beginning of your journey in the field.
