I had my training on 30th and 31st May 2024. Michaela Moscalinc has got a great personality. She welcome patients with friendly smiles, making them feel really relaxed and prepared for phlebotomy. She observe accuracy, professional standards and guidelines during procedures. She showed a remarkable level of responsibility and dependability, especially in challenging situations. A patient came and couldn't speak English, she used available means and communicated appropriately with him. She's a dependable person whom one can count on to complete high quality work promptly.
